Connecting communication skills

Connecting communication is an insightful and effective way of communication. The goal is to create human connections that empower compassionate giving and receiving. This approach to communication emphasizes compassion as the motivation for action rather than fear, guilt, shame, blame, coercion, threat or justification for punishment.

After this training:

  • Teams and classes will be opener and more empathic towards each other, and thus function better.
  • Feedback can be given and received in a constructive way
  • Conflicts will resolve quicker

You or your team will learn:

  • When you are projecting on another or act in a reactive way and how to change this.
  • Say clearly what is alive for you without analyzing, criticizing ore accusing the other.
  • Making wishes and desires clear trough requesting rather than demanding

How does a training or a lesson serie's look like?
They consist out of theoretical and practical exercises that are designed to learn techniques for connecting communication, the giving and receiving of feedback and conflict resolution.
